I bought this pack, and here’s my mini-review for those interested:
BUY THIS PACKAGE!
It’s simply amazing.
The actions are all interesting and useful. Some are text enhancers (gel effects, rust, chrome, etc) and others are image effects (TV scanlines, pencil outlines, lightning bolts, puzzle pieces, polaroids).
This is far from a complete list, and many of them are new to me. For someone who uses Photoshop all the time and is constantly looking for new styles and actions, this made my day.
Best of all, each action comes with a thumbnail preview image. This alone makes the package worth the price. You can simply look through the images, find an effect you like, and then load the similarly-named action into Photoshop. And even just looking at the thumbnails is an incredible source of design inspiration.
I tried a random sampling of various actions (approximately 25), and they all worked fine and looked as promised.
Besides the actions, the package comes with more than 10 graphics products/packages you can use or resell, master rights included. Most of them include turnkey sales sites.
The ebook cover maker action is incredible. It’s easy, versatile, and works perfectly. It even comes with a few templates. If you’re an ebook reseller or author looking to make unique ebook graphics for your sales site, this action will save you lots of time.
The sales letter graphics pack is also especially welcome. It includes badges, “buy now” placards, images for all major credit cards, and more. All the hard-to-find graphic elements you need to make a sales site but can’t ever seem to locate And it comes with PSD source files as well.
I spent hours playing with this stuff and still haven’t looked at everything.
